Cake Tastings

$50.00 for up to 4 guests 

Select up to 4 cake flavors, 4 filling flavors, & 2 add-ins

Tastings are presented with cakes and fillings separated so you can mix and match to your taste.   See below for suggested flavor pairings.  Easy online scheduling.

After your tasting you will receive a detailed proposal which can include up to three design concepts.

Cake Pricing

Order minimum $2,500 within Chicagoland (before tax & delivery)

Order minimum $5,000 outside Chicagoland (before tax, travel & delivery)

Order minimums may be higher if multi-day travel is involved

Cakes start at $10.00 per serving

Additional charges include: sugar flowers, fondant work, detailed piping, sculpted tiers, hand painting, & other custom details.

All tiers have 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling, unless tiers are varying height for design purposes. All cakes are iced in vanilla buttercream.  Fondant by request or based on design.

We do not charge extra for multiple flavors in your cake.



Delivery starts at $100 for venues within a 5-mile radius of Flourish. Delivery outside our 5 mile radius is charged per mile.  Please note venues with extra load in times may have increased fees.

Handmade Sugar Flowers

 We specialized in handmade sugar flowers, each one is specially crafted as part of your 

custom cake design. We highly reccomend using sugar flowers on your cake as 

many fresh flowers are poisonous/toxic, treated with pesticides, or stored in non-food 

safe conditions. We can work with your florist to re-create your fresh florals in sugar 

for your cake or they can be completely different. Sugar flowers will last decades 

if kept out of the sun and kept dry. We provide the following preservation services:


Shadowbox/Cloche with used sugar flowers - starting at $150 

(client brings us the used sugar flowers from their cake, includes clean up, display vessel, 

replacement of minor broken petals/leaves, arrangment)


Shadowbox/Cloche with additional sugar flowers - starting at $450 

(we make extra flowers and arrange them seperately, removes risk of damage/breakage

from cake removal and having to return to studio)
